We will come out to your home or office (opposed to having you unplug your computer and physically bring it into a repair shop).

Withing the first 20-30 minutes, we will assess and identify the computer or home theater problem.
If the problem is software related and can be fixed, the issue will be resolved the same day.
If the problem is hardware related then the necessary parts will be purchased and installed in a second visit.

What makes our services unique is we take the time to educate you on what the problem is, so that if it comes up again, you’ll know what actions to take.
We will also introduce you to current software tools to help you maintain a healthy computer.

The hourly flat rate is $85.
